ok i am currently training one muscle per day this week and then going to split squads next week, i change every week because i heard that your muscles get confused and grow, anyways i have noticed big results but was wondering why some people have veins shooting out like crazy and some dont have them shooting out? also my abs, i train my abs every other day and do this on the training one day
i do these every other day and never do the same workout back to back, but for some reason i cant get the bottom ones to build like the top 4.the upper abs are great and have good defenition but the bottom ones just will not grow, i have excess skin around them too,but it is not fat and i have no idea how to get rid of it, it is leftover skin from weight loss, also how the heck can i get rid of stretch marks?i first got them when i was a kid, i gained tons of weight then and had them, then a couple of years ago when i lost 35 pounds i got even more stretch marks, but they are mostly on my sides. i hate them, they look bad and i am embarrased of them, i cant even show off my body too much because i hate them being on me, is there any reconmended stuff to get them off, also they are on my butt too, they look just as bad as celluite, please any help on both of these subjects will be greatly appreciated thanks IP: Logged |

Leg lifts and leg raises, I believe, will target the lower abs. Chances are though your lower abs are hidden by the excess loose skin on them. I believe this will tighten up with time, not sure how long but it may take a while. As for the stretch marks, I have heard of some suppliments and minerals that will reduce the silver and purple coloring. I think it was zinc and some other suppliment that may work. You may have to check out some of the womens mags, I just read an article in a recent "womens first" (?) mag about repairing stretch marks. And before you laugh and make jokes about me reading a woman's mag, let me tell you, when it comes to things like tanning lotions and food some of them are pretty informative and I will compare my results with anyone here any day of the week.
