Hey guys, my girlfriend ask me the best way to train for cut. Can somebody help me?
Routines, Reps, Sets, etc...

Getting cut is more to do with changing your diet. Your g/friend should eat less carbs and less salt. She should also do more cardio - best to do first thing in the morning when you burn mostly fat. She might also want to get some fat burners (e.g. xenedrine). She will have to be careful not to start canabalising muscle though so eat plenty of protein.

I can't imagine what more could be said! StevieD's right......trust me, I've done this EXACT thing. I like Xenadrine. Don't "overdo" the Xenadrine when first taking it. It will make you feel freaky! Read the directions.

When she is training decrease the rest time between sets. 30-45sec this will help to keep her burnin fat through out the workout. It keeps the heart rate up. Add in more shaping exercises,and increase the rep range a little 10-12reps.

I'm with all of you. In preperation for the summer, I take Xphedrine twice a day, one with my run in the morning as well as at night with my workout. I do circuit training 3 times a week, which i think is better when looking for definition instead of size.
Depending on time, you can do 2 to 3 exercises for each muscle (3 sets, 12-15 reps)with little rest between sets. I alternate exercises in that muscle group and rest after the 2 or 3 exercises are completed once (1st set, then 2nd set...).
It's hard work but gets results.

I agree with Pipes. I do supersets and after I do 2 sets I run and get on some type of cardio equipment. I usually do this 5 times. (2 supersets- 5 minute cardio), (2 supersets- 5 minutes cardio), etc.... Burns fat like a furnace.
