I am currently working out in the gym and getting some great results. Please crotique what I do.

First off I work out six days a week. 1 day rest. I am in the gym about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour.

Here's what I do.

Day 1: 2 exersises for biceps, triceps, chest and delts

Day 2: 2 exercises for upper and lower back, calves, and upper legs

then I keep on alternating day 1 and day 2.

Basically, I work out upper body one day and then lower body the next. Everyday I work on my abs.

My question is, is two exercises for each muscle enough? Or should I make it three?

Look at my posts where other people have been asking for advice. From what I can understand, you are working your muscles three times a week which is too much. You want to work each muscle once a week. You also need to eat properly (i.e. 6-8 intakes of protein per day).
