![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Has anyone got a good training routine, i have been training for about one year, with heavy weights and i have made good gains but the progress has now slowed down, i was training twice a week with not much leg work mostly arms, chest and shoulders, i really need to add size in my legs, tris and chest if it helps here are my stats age 19, just under 6 ft, 182 pounds 15.5 inch biceps, chest 41 inch dont know my bodyfat, buts its about average, im not a fatass anyway i would appreciate any help anyone has thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think I screwed up my last post giving advice, but I think i can safely say that if you have plateaued with only working out twice a week maybe you should add a day or 2. Training legs will definitely help alot. If you have been ignoring them that could be a huge part of the problem. They are a huge muscle and commonly are overlooked, I think because people don't like doing them and take a lot of work, who knows. But legs can be very impressive when trained properly. What about back? If you're serious about wanting to continue gaining you should definitely add to your routine. IP: Logged |
