Do Deadlifts, Barbell rows, one-arm dumbell rows, and front pulldowns. Do a total of about 15 sets. IP: Logged |

My current workout does not involve wide grip pull downs because they really ache my shoulders. I am currently doing: close grip pull downs to chest (2 warmup 1 set) IP: Logged |
