![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hello all! I had a quick question. I play football in college right now and between now and when next season starts I need to put on about 15 pounds. I have three months and a complete week by week workout schedule. What I am asking about is suppliments, any recomendations about suppliments that will help me attain this goal. I know about creatine and whey protein, but is there anything else? I'd like to change away from that for a while, and try something new. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Get a complete protein powder, not just whey alone. I used a powder by Max Muscle that has 5 different proteins in it, it's called "High 5". You dont have to get that brand, but it's just an example. Try using glutamine, a meal replacement powder and of course dont forget your vitamins. Stay away from fat burners of course, you will burn off calories you could be using to gain weight. Also, drink LOTS of water while on your creatine! IP: Logged |
