![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() my trining split is : day1 chest,bie 4set chest,3 set bie day3 sholder,tri/trap day5 same as day 1 day7 rrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeesssssssssttttttttt i did one muscle one time a week but i felt my muscle shrinking so i stick to this split,i will appreciate ur help in giving me a training split as well as the excercise.thank u in advance IP: Logged |
