![]() ![]() ![]() Everyone is different. Look at, Arnie he used to do loads of sets but Dorian Yates recommends only a few. You have to see what works for you. I would suggest you start in the middle i.e. 12 sets of 8-12 reps. If this works well stick with it. If you are not getting the results you want (but be patient - Rome wasn't built in a day) - try upping or lowering the sets. I tried upping it but I suffered from joint ache and overtraining. So I lowered it (not quite to Dorian's extreme) and this worked for me. Work it by listening to your body. IP: Logged |
