what do you guys think on the frequency of training your deadlift...it's so hard on the body that i believe you need atleast 10 days rest from deadlift workout to next deadlift workout. but, the way my workout is set up, everybody part is trained every 8 days.. and one day is deadlifts and squats, every 8 days for deadlifts isnt going to work i dont think, it's too much, but skipping the deads every other workout may be too much rest, so i dont know what to do with that
