Dudes, I've gotten frustrated with my size and want to be big so I decided to use some Dbol, but my stomach area is still to big for me though others say I am much better than I was before I started training. So, what I decided based on what I've read was to not do the Dbol yet and do 30 minutes of fat burn on the treadmill three days a week after my weight training and 45 minutes on the treadmill on the two days I don't do weight training(on an empty stomach). My question is, will this make me too skinny or what should I expect. Help? IP: Logged |

The nice thing about cardio is when you get to your desired weight you can cut it back or stop. So to answer your question, it will make you as skinny as you let it. IP: Logged |

I would avoid doing any cardio on my weight training days. And I would reduce the duration of cardio and increase the intensity by using intervals and switching the resistance around. You can do 30 minutes, but studies have shown that doing over 30 minutes of cardio may cause muscle break down. I would just do cardio 3 days a week, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help you burn fat better. I hope this helps. IP: Logged |

I used to do an half hour before and after work out to burn fat 4 to 5 times a week. But since I lost enough fat and I now concentrate in building muscle I reduce to 10 minutes before and after work out.... I think that more than that on every work out will actually affect the quality of your muscle mass... Its nice to do cardio, such as running since it will lean your muscle, unless of course you are into bulky look... Eduardo IP: Logged |

Thanks for all the advice, seems like you guys really know your stuff. I just don't like my stomach area, I guess a little patience is what I need the most. Thanks again. IP: Logged |

it all depends on your diet...it is possible to overdo cardio in terms of your calories burned/calorie intake that youll lose muscle...if you want to burn fat, id just energize your workout routine, less time in between sets, lots of supersets etc...if i start feeling fat instead of doing cardio ill circuit train...just do my entire upper body in the same workout, 1 1/2 hours of non stop lifting, 6 sets each of chest, shoulders, back, triceps, biceps, lats, abs, only rest is from machine to machine or to the drinking fountain...start off benching with 245x10, by the last set barely putting up 135 a few times since my shoulders, biceps/triceps and chest are all toast...hell of a pump! besides cardio is boring IP: Logged |

I suggest you get on Hydroxycut or something along the lines of a fat burner. You wont have to do as much cardio and you still burn alot of fat and keep the muscle you have. BUt after you get done taking it, keep up the cardio, but do less of it and stay away from any fatty foods. THe shit worked for me. IP: Logged |
