My current split is:

Here is mine

mon-legs
tues-chest/bi's
wed-off
thurs-back/tri's
fri-shoulders
sat-off
sun-cycle repeats

The positives of this split is, I am always fresh. Two on-one off. Evey body part is hit just barely twice a week.

The negatives are you train on different days every week, because it is a six day cycle.
