![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() damn 5 days, mines a 3 dayer monday squats 3 warmups, 1 all out set of 20 reps SLDL 2 warmups, 3 work sets 8 reps calf raises 1 warmup, 3 work sets of 15 Wed friday any comments are apreciated, this has worked very well for me, what do you guys think?? IP: Logged |
