I have a bloody big baboon ass at the moment, and dammit i dont want to make my cheeks even more pronounced. What exercises can I do to build my quads without building my fat ass anymore? How bad are dead lifts / stiff leg D/L / and ham extensions at growing buttocks? Thanks. IP: Logged |

Ok, if u wanna build wuads and NOT your ass u wana stay away from squats...they build ass like u wouldnt belive..Like Paul DIllet say "If i want a big as ill jut park in the couch for a week"... Leg extensions, lunges, even front squats..do em, and do em good. As to the other exercises u mention...they might buld some ass...but not like squats...oh mama... ANd stay away from the stairmaster ok??? IP: Logged |

Hack squats!!!! These involve very little ass and mostly quads BUT they are pretty hard on the knee so be careful w/ them and dont forget to warm up. IP: Logged |

Definitely reduce the squats and leg presses. Go with front squats, leg ext, hack squats and lunges (1. dont go too deep on lunges and 2. do one leg then switch, do the other leg). IP: Logged |

Oh, one more thing. You can still do squats, but put a bench underneath you so you dont go so deep. As soon as your ass touches the bench slightly, then stand up. Dont sit on the bench...bad on the spine! IP: Logged |

My shoulders can't take the heavy weight when squatting, so will even the light weight (135lbs) boost the butt? I'm the opposite. I want the big butt. IP: Logged |
