![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am planning on starting the ULTRA program (which was in Muscle & Fitness) and I have a question about daily calories... In the program, the amount of calories that you take per day is calculated by the amount of exercise (weight-training and cardio) + your BMR. On your off days, or even on the days that you only do cardio, do you cut back on your food intake? Or do you keep it at the same level? IP: Logged |
