![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have recently switched from cable to T-Bar rows as they seem to be a lot more intensive... Has anybody here had experience with various rowing exercises? Which work the best? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I like to switch them around or do both on after another,T bar rows are great because of all the other muscles come into play, where cable rows isolate just middle back, and you get on hell of a good stretch on the negitive. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I also like to switch my rows. At the moment I am doing bent over bb rows and single arm hammer grip cable rows. Trouble with any kind of bentover rows is that people tend to cheat and use too much lower back. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Currently, I perform T-Bar rows as my first exercise of my back. For my second exercise, I use cable rows with various grips and handles to further work the back differently. I finish up with reverse grip front lat pull downs. Every couple of weeks I will switch the last two exercises or replace them with another type of back exercise. However, the T-Bar row always stays in my back routines. It has always work out well for me. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I like the different row equipment that Hammer Strength makes. There are about four different machines. Also you load plates on Hammer Strength, which I like better than a regular weight stack. The three different machines also are left/right side independant, so you can avoid your left or right side doing most of the work. IP: Logged |
