Monday - Wednesday - Friday Each day I do 2 excercises with 4 sets of 20 reps. Ichange up the excercises every day. Is this good or am I overtraining??? IP: Logged |

depends if you're male or female, and what you're trying to accomplish. Say you're female and want that flat/firm waistline, then I'd say that you're fine on frequency and intensity. If your striving for that full 6 pack, then I'd say go read that post from SteveD. In both cases you have to make sure that you don't leave out obliques or low abs. IP: Logged |
