try doing these two excercises instead of leg lifts. reverse crunches and hip thrusts. for reverse crunches lay on your back and use your lower abs to bring your knees to your chest, contract your abs and then lower to starting positions. keep your knees bent. for hip thrusts, lay on your back, put your legs straight in the air, and use your lower abs to raise your legs off the ground. good luck. -derek IP: Logged |

Killer lower ab exercise- lay on your back, roll a towel up lengthwise and place it under the small of your back, perform leg lifts in the usual manner. This really helps to isolate the lower abs. IP: Logged |
