im having a really tough time getting my shoulders to catch up with the rest of me. im 6'3" and about 245 pounds, all other bodyparts grow quick as shit except the shoulders. I usually do shoulders once a week, 15 sets, front presses, upright rows, sides, fronts, and rears. can anyone give a sample routine for the shoulders? IP: Logged |

prioritize your shoulders. give them their own day, and if u cant do that, work them first on a day that they have to be with another bodypart. and the main part that has to be worked that is neglected is the lateral or medial head. the side head has to be focused on. maybe start your workout with heavy lateral raises, then heavy db presses, then light lateral raises. you can tweak this up as u please, just a basic program.
