![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I was havin these back pains(lower back) so I go to my Doc and he says an MRI will reveal what it is, and they find friggin degenerative discs in the spine. So now I can't do squats. What works almost as good without putting stress on the lower back? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I had an injury a while back and squats were out of the question, you might want to try a hack lift...It worked for me until I recovered ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My L4 and L5 discs were mashed like potatoes, but then I got a microlumbardiscectomy from some genius at NYU Medical, and now I can squat again. My advice? Get the problems fixed by a really excellent doctor and ease back into squatting. ALternately, try yoga and/or pilates and/or chiropractic. Don't laugh -- they work. IP: Logged |
