I was checkin out the posts. Pretty cool.
Listen, because of my martial arts training its hard to pack on mass. I've just got muscurlarity, so, without losing flexibility, any ideas on mass building?

Ok dude as you probably already know the greatest martial arts master in the world was a body building ethusiast yes the tiger him self Bruce Lee he was a regular at Venice Beach's Gold's Gym and he even had a subscription to I belive "ron Man Magazine"
well a misconception about body building is that people who gain mass become "muscle bound" than is just not true flexibility has more to do with::: joints, tendon, ligaments and less to do with muscle fibers, Look at all the Olympic wrestlers these guys are some of the most cut up and muscular guys I seen they weight train almost all year round still they manage to maintain their flexibility wich is an important part of wrestling (more so than in Karate) just keep doing your strech out routines and you'll be fine..
Hope it helps!!!!!!!
