Chins-3-4 sets 10-15 reps T- bar rows-3-4 sets 6-8reps One arm dumbbell rows- 2-3 sets 6-8 reps Hammer strength rows- 2-3 sets 8-10 reps Lat pulldowns- 2-3 sets 10-15 reps I used to do Power cleans for football. Awesome for upper back development. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
