i always max out 4-6 reps )

Chins-3-4 sets 10-15 reps
T- bar rows-3-4 sets 6-8reps
One arm dumbbell rows- 2-3 sets 6-8 reps
Hammer strength rows- 2-3 sets 8-10 reps
Lat pulldowns- 2-3 sets 10-15 reps

I used to do Power cleans for football. Awesome for upper back development.

Chins 4 sets 15-6 reps
barbell rows 3 sets 12-6 reps
low pulley rows 3 sets 12-6 reps
shrugs(traps) 3 sets 12-6 reps
Deadlifts 4 sets 15-6 reps

basic and simple..but works like hell

BB & DB rows
Upright rows
Lateral Raises
Deadlifts
Chins
BB & DB shrugs

I rarely do them all on the same day, but i do use them all.
