Try the Push/ Pull/ Leg routine

Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, tris
Day 2: Back, Bis
Day 3: Legs

You can split shoulders into presses and lat raises on chest on day 1 and shrugs and upright rows on day 2.

Powerclean and Press/ Leg ext/LegCurl

FRIDAY
Neck/ Deadlifts/BB Curls/Lying Ext/calf raise

If 3 days a week is all you have try

Monday
Chest/back/calfs

Wensday
Shoulders/bi's/tri's

Friday
Legs

If you hit Friday hard enough you will need the weekend to rest lol

Quads:
Squats 4sets, 12,8,6,3 reps
Leg extensions 3 sets 10,8,6 reps
Hamstrings:
Leg Curls 3sets, 10,8,6
Calves:
Standing calf raise 3sets 15,12,8 reps

Day2:
Chest
Bench press 4sets 12,8,5,5 reps
Weighted dips 3sets 10,8,6
Shoulders:
Seated military presses 3sets 10,8,6 reps
Side laterals 3sets 12,10,8 reps
Triceps:
Pressdowns 3sets 10,8,6 reps
Lying extensions 3sets 10,8,6 reps

Day3:
Back:
Deadlifts 5sets 20,15,12,8,2 reps
Barbell rows 3sets 8,6,6 reps
Lat pulldowns to front 3sets 10,8,6 reps
Biceps
Barbell curls 3sets 10,8,6 reps
Seated dumbbell curls 3sets 10,8,6 reps

I like what I see!
Yeah three days is all I have - I work alot and I'm back in school.

Sunday -
chest / arms

Bench
8 sets X 8reps
Pec Deck 5 X 12

Super set
EZ bar Curl 5 X 10
with Preach curl 5 X 10

Super set
skull crushers 5 x 10
arm extentions 5 x 10
and tricep push down 5 X 10

Tues-
Back

Behind the back press 6 X 8
upper right row 5 X 10
bent row 5 X 10
lat pull 5 x 8
low row 5 X 12


thru - friday
Legs

front squat 8 X 10
leg extension 5 X 10
leg curls 5 X 10
vert leg press 5 x 12
donkey calf raises with wife
5 x 15

My workouts last about 2 - 2 1/2 hours
use as much weight as I can with out blowing out a jiont.
As take as much recovery time as I think I need.
I have no spot so this important.

Clean my clock - rip me up I need it!
Should I make changes?

shit man...2 and a half hours....thats to much bro...1 hour..hour and a half TOPS...and your set amounts..WOOOW...shit..now, if you are clean like me you cant alst 2 hours with full intensity..but if you are juicing i guess its different..
