Try this: Close grip bench presses with EZ curl bar Seated dumbbell extensions Rope extensions Warm up real good and stretch. Do a set or two of close grips with light enough weight to get 20 reps. Don't count these as sets. These are just warmups. You won't need any more warming up after this. Then for your first set, chose a weight to just get 12 reps. Do this for both close grips and dummbell overheads. With the rope extensions, make sure you squeeze the tricep at the bottom position hard and hold for a count. Hope this helps you. IP: Logged |

After warming up, always start of with a heavy movement like a close grip bench press or dips. Then move to a more isolated movement like straight bar pull downs to isolate the outer head or rope pull downs for the top of the tricep. Then I always finish off with reverse pull downs, one arm at a time, this really hits the under belly of the tricep. Don't do more than 9-12 sets total, the tricep gets plenty of work from working out your chest and shoulders. IP: Logged |
