![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My friend is going through the same thing, myself a little also. Something we are going to do is cutdown or take out completely all barbell excercises. All will be done with dumbells instead. I am also going to throw in an extra set and a little more weight to my lagging bicep. Hope this helps IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() stay of the barbell and preacher curls. When you do an exercise that involves both arms like that there is a change of un-equal developement. Work with dumbells, or sing handed cables uses the same weight for both arms and push out equal numbered reps. It'll catch up. Good luck IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Do all dumbells for a while. This will equal out both sides as much as possible. There still will be some difference, but dumbells are the best way to even them out. And you don't have to stay away from preachers, just do them with dumbells. IP: Logged |
