I do lifts for each head, ant.,med.,post., individualy, three sets for each, and also do Arnolds presses(3 sets), 45's to the front(2 sets), and end up with incline side raises for the posterior head.It works for me but some have said it is too much.I work my delts once every 4 to 5 days giving plenty of time for recovery.Any comments, suggestions or advice?

I think that you might be wasting your self if you work each head like that. Heavy bench, especially incline will build anterior head on the delt. So focus on the other two. Military press for 5 set, first set warm up then go heavy and pyramid down in weight for the next 4 sets keeping reps around twelve. Then go to lateral raises 5 sets, 12-15 reps, next its belt over laterals 5 sets, 15 reps heavy weights. Then I like to go hard at the upright rows for 4-5 sets, 12-15 reps. Do all of these shoulder exercises back to back. One other finisher execrise that you could try is twenty's: pick a dumbell generally around 25-35lbs, do raises to the front for twenty, as soon as you finish shift the dumbell to the side and to 20 lateral raises, then when you are finished go right in to 20 over head presses with the same weight. There is no stop or rest between any of the 20. Do this 3X.
Just some suggestions to try, good luck Bro

I used to train rear/mid delts on one day and front delts two days later. It worked well for me, but I didn't do it for too long (6 weeks) put some size up there.

Chest training works them hard so I only do 4 sets of pressing per week.
