I am trying to put on mass. I am 6'4" and have heard all the stories how I will never be able to achieve my goals because it is to hard for a person with my frame to do it. I have a goal to have my weight at 260 with approx 10-11% body fat. I weigh around 215 right now and have been at this weight for quite a while. I have been working out for the past 6 months and have seen very little change in my appearance. I am currently taking Mass Fuel and Creatine, is there any-thing I can do or are the stories I hear true. Thanks for any help. IP: Logged |
