  anybody know a site where I can get exercise-pictures, Im doing a paper on weight-training and explaining exercises to a nontrainer with words only is just impossible. There are a few on the t-mag site, but they are small and low res, so anybody?? tanx IP: Logged |

You can go to www.workout.com. Click on Exercise zone then click on Muscle Development you will see the body where you can click on different muscle groups IP: Logged |
