![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sometimes just going back to the basics you'll start gaining again. Do good ole Bench, Incline and Flyes. I had a problem with my bis. Went back to standing barbell curls, rev curls and preacher close grip curls and got back on track. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i had the same problem. i found that if i go basic ie bench, incline, and dips for a while and then replace one with its dumbbell counterpart its cool. sometimes just a little change makes all the difference. also you can try to vary your hand position when doing dumbbells, try a neutral grip one time or a standard hand position the next. peace IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree stay with the basic movements, vary between barbell and dumbell, change tempo speed and work each set to failure. They will grow. IP: Logged |
