I need an exersice to remove the last bit of fat from in between my bi and elbow. When I flex there is just this little bit and it doesn't look as impressive as it could. Please help. IP: Logged |

hmmmm. i cant think of an exercise, spot reduction is not really a reality. sure its not water? hit the cardio is all i can suggest. but if you are a firm believer of spot reduction you can try preachers for high reps, seems like i always get a burn in that region when i do them. good luck IP: Logged |

Do you train bi's and tri's on the same day? It really is a good idea. You can superset them and this should take care of that some. Both sides of your arm will be getting worked also it gives your whole arm on awesome pump! IP: Logged |

Welcome aboard irishman! its great to have another bro with celtic blood.As far as your question goes, overall cardio work burns fat all over, its debateable if you can focus on loosing it in one area.Although i find incline dumbell curls seem to stress the lower bicep,and are a great bicep excercise anyway.
