I have started training again, and seem to be having a problem! Im 26, 5ft3,185lb. the muscle is returning quickly, and most of my body is cutting quickly. My abs are the only thing not cooperating. any suggestions?

Yes, diet.I'm not trying to be funny,but even though the rest of your body is seeing the results you want, the mid-section has about five pounds of fat that cover up those abs. Increase your protein intake,and you might want to try a good thermogenic like Zenadrene RFA-1. You can get clenbeuterol, but, Zenadrene is easier to get and cheaper too! More cardio will also help burn up more carbs,which inturn bring out your abs. One last thing, when you do your ab-routine how do you do it? I like to super-set my routine.
But that is another story. Or, if none of this helps, you may have bad genetics,I don't know?
