Personal Opinion....

I don't think both can happen at the same time without gear, and maybe not even then.

I've cut about 100lbs of bodyfat and put on about 30 of muscle(bf from 35% to 7%) but I had to do it incrementally. Cut 20 lbs, maintain and put on muscle, cut 20 lbs, maintain and put on muscle, etc...

I never used juice, but I have experimented with ECA, and it seems to work well. You might want to look into ketogenic diets, if you don't mind not crapping for days on end.
They do a good job of MAINTAINING muscle while losing weight...

As far as cardio goes, I'll go to my grave extolling the virtues of jumping rope...

Really, though, just about anything will work, as long as you take an attitude along with you.

If you have any specific questions, just ask...

Eat clean and do cardio. IOncrease calorie consumption to bodyweight times 15 but at the same time keep carbs moderate and after 7 pm none (switch to fiberous carbs) . For fat take efa. Cardio 4-5 times a week 25-30 minutes BUT DON'T over exhaust yourself. Steep incline grade 4.5 but at a speed below 4.0. This way you will burn fat but not lose muscle. Protein will be the key here good quality why 2 grams per pound of bodyfat. (try isopure) yes you can gain muscle and lose bodyfat its just really commited hard work. 1 day a wek cheat day.

Supplements

multi vitamin
glutamine powder 15-20 grams a day
hyroxdcut or similar
vitamin c 3 grams a day (helps build)
creatine (will make you hold water but decrease body fat)

Lots of water 1-2 gallons (key)

I would only use ISO-PURE within the 30 minutes AFTER the workout. ISO-Pure is Ion-Exchange whey an is absobed into the body
MUCH quicker than standard protein. I would use either Met-rx Protein Plus or ProComplex with water. Both are VERY low in carbs and don't taste nearly as bad as Designer Protein and are a good deal for the money. ISO-Whey is expensive too.
