I am trying to put on some bulk so I haven't done cardio in about four months. What is a type of cardio I could do once a week that would not hinder my gains? I was thinking sprints. I hate that feeling in my chest that tells me I coulnd't run a mile without being short winded.

Once a week probably wont do much for you, but if you're looking for a cardio routine with less of a time commitment, look into H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training). Here's a couple of links:
