This is the split that I have been doing Mon. 3sets each exer.x6-8reps after wm ups Chest/Back Tue. Wed. Thur. Fri. Sat./Sun. Cardio 30Min. The only Thing I'm not sure about is I just started a cycle of D-bol/Equpoise and an "expert" at the gym told me that when I'm on I should workout everday because your body heals faster...Can anyone advise...Thx

Think about it. If you train on every day...then you would basically be working every bodypart 2x a week...right. I can't do it. My joints would fall right off. Stick with what you have...just make sure you kill yourself in the gym. B True

With D-bol/eq you will be lifting much heavier weights than before, which means alot more stress on the body. I don't think you need to change the frequency much, the heavy weights will provide the extra stimulus.

Dude no offense personally, but if you are using any form of gear, then this is the last question that you should be asking. You have no business not knowing the answer to something like this if you're on. I, however, am allowed to not know since I don't use gear. So I'm afraid my answer to you is that you should already know the answer. -Warik ------------------ BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!!! |
