I need to find the best way to tear the HELL out of my UPPER pecs! My pecs are unproportional as the bottom half is very defined, however, the upper section just underneath the collar bone has been a big problem area that hasn't been building AT ALL. How can I work these hard?

well an efective technique to bust open and tear your pectoral muscle is to go real heavy without warming up the muscle, that should tear the muscle pretty badly..

on a serious note really, DO INCLINE BARBELL AND DUMBBLELL PRESSES, YOULL THANK ME LATER...
