OK HERES THE DEAL GUYS, I CANT SEEM TO FIND THE RIGHT WORKOUT FOR ME. I AM A LIL ON THE CHUNKY SIDE BUT YOU CAN STILL SEE WHAT USE TO BE MY DEIFINED BODY. WHAT CAN I SAY I LET MYSELF GO. ANYWAYS I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD ROUTINE TO HELP DEFINE MY BODY ONCE AGAIN. MY MAIN CONCERN IS MY CHEST, I HATE TO SAY IT AND ITS EMBARASSING BUT I GOT BITCH TITS, MY CHEST IS BIG BUT IT GOT FAT AND I DONT WANT IT TO GET MUCH BIGGER JUST TONED OUT. IM LOOKING FOR A GOOD WORKOUT TO TOTALLY RIP MY BODY OUT. MY WHOLE BODY NEEDS TO BE REDEFINED. IF ANYONE HAS A GREAT CUTTING CYCLE I CAN USE IT. HELP A BROTHER OUT AND GIVE HIM A GOOD CUTTING ROUTINE, I WILL ALSO BE DOING 5 DAYS A WEEK OF CARDIO TO HELP BURN THE FAT. | ||

Plan out a split routine that utilises fairly high reps and keep the cardio up. Drop sets will also work well. You will gain invaluable information on diet and workouts by using the sites search facility. Also look up ECA. | ||

On a lot of these threads, I think people either end up repeating each other, or saying "do what he said", so thats what I am going to do: do what he said. Oh, and cardio in the morning before you eat might help. ------------------ | ||

Like Valdez said PATIENCE!!! This will not happen over night, it will take time and hard work. You need to stay consistent and find a routine that works for you. Your diet is EVERYTHING! You want to get cut up, watch what you put into your body. Drink a lot of water... Have some intense heavy lifting sessions and do some morning cardio 4 days a week. ECA will also help Do some searches on diets, and weight lifting routines, they have all been discussed. GOODLUCK | ||

No one routine at the gym is going to put you in great shape. Training is maybe only 30% of the equation, the rest is proper diet and rest. As long as your giving it 100% in the gym and your workout is intense anything will work. Before worrying about what exercises to do make sure your diet is in order. Obviously there are other smaller variables involved but for me diet is more important than the type of exercises or routine. | ||
