i just came back from pushing my gf's car a long distance on a deserted highway... what i did was i put my hands on the rear end of the car, as wide as my shoulders, and kept my chest an arm's lenght away from the car. my gf slightly put the breaks on and i pushed the car as far as i could. to work out my arms i kept my chest as close to the rear end of the car as possible, does anyone know what part it was working out this way? anyway i think this is a very efficient way of working out, i was sweatin more than i do at the gym too. btw im not saying this is a replacement for the gym or anything but its good as well. what yall think?

Variety is awesome, some friends and myself use to do that all the time for 50 yards see who could beat who. Very Fun [This message has been edited by mb2001 (edited February 10, 2001).]

It works everything. I used my tire to flip and it hits everything all at once. I also do the farmer's walk, press & walk, sled drag, sled carry etc... try them all B True
