I know this might be a stupid question but I have to ask. I always flex my left bi to show people the work I have been doing ya know.
And I have notice it is bigger now than my right one.

So I wondered if that flexing is what did it?

not sure if it makes it bigger;what i will say though,is that i've been practising my posing routines strictly for one full year now.let me tell you,that my muscle "control" at this point has improved immensely.by muscle control,i mean,that i can flex all my muscle groups and present it as the muscle was made to be presented.this includes the form of the muscle,striations,pumped look,etc.heck,i get i a major pump just from my posing routine.i beleive this has to do w/ understanding your muscle groups and knowing how to control them at all times.keep on flexing,but be consistent w/ "all" muscle groups...not just arm(s).fyi.good question...by the way.

It can't hurt. I wouldn't go switching curls for flexing or anything, lol, but it can't hurt. I do think that flexing does wonders for learning how to flex that muscle...or finding the best way to flex a certain muscle. A good example is the lats. The lats are difficult for a beginner to learn to flex...so practice makes perfect.

Flexing helps with the mind muscle link, so when you are training you are able to contract the muscle harder and with more control. It�s a great technique to help focus on muscles such as the back, which many people have trouble with.

yes flexing stretches the muscle and when its already pumped thats even more of a stretch so when the muscle starts to grow it has more of a stretch to grow on making your muscles bigger,read arnolds book

I flex like a mofo' in the shower,
and while im working out...
I dont do any crazy poses because I do not compete YET,
but I find flexing is great and builds more shape to the muscle...

I think is was Arnold who once said something like "not flexing a muscle is like not polishing a fine jewel."

I flex after a workout. I think is does help with the stretch.....
