I tried other programs and I believe Max-OT is the best. Am on it currently and am seeing strength & LBM gains each week. I HIGHLY recommend it, not only as a workout program but as an approach to bodybuilding.

It gave me a much stronger physique--shoulders, lats, pecs, quads, traps, tri's---a much different effect than when I use to bench and curl a lot. I am much more powerful, and I now know how to lift correctly. After about the 7th or 8th week you start to really gain momementum, one day I reached up to grab a chin up bar in front of the mirror and I caught a glance of my arms and thought there was something wrong with me & my arms were swelling up----maybe from the creatine. I ran into the bathroom, looked into the mirror, held my arms straight out to my side (palms up), and these big rounded dorsal fin things were sticking way out the bottom of my upperarm----my triceps were huge---I didn't even know they could do that. People really notice the gains I made on Max-Ot much more because my shoulders/traps are broader and I have a pronounced V-shape. Before I was mostly concerned with pecs & biceps, and I had to take my shirt off for you to know I lifted. My advice, after you do the 12 weeks, do another or definitely start on their 6 month plan. I am still making size and strength gains.

good for you hamhock!i noticed the exact same thing, although,i'm never satisfied w/ arm development.but my physique has totally transformed itself after only 8 months on this program.broad shoulders,v-shape, and leg development is amazing considering i only do squats, sldl and leg curls.i've incorporated 3-5 cardio sessions and my physique at this point is awesome.as i stated b4,arm development is the only bodypart lagging compared to the rest of my physique, but i'm getting there.thx for your input partner.

Whats with all this ACCOUNT crap? Why don't they just print the detail of MAX-OT on the site?
Marketing bullshit from big companies as always?

Easy Pants.....it's still free. It wont take too much effort on your part to sign up. Maybe you should start a business and cater to people who don't want to pay or take a few minutes to sign up for your services.

It's a great workout, try it and you'll be a lot stronger and more muscular in 12 weeks, and you'll have a better understanding of bodybuilding and strength training.

I would like to swallow my words: this program is wicked. Just what I needed to bump up my stale routine.
In my 2nd week now, and its going cool. The only thing I don't like is that you're not really getting enough recovery time.
Say if you train chest on one day, the next your chest and tri's are fucked yeah? Well they say to go and train arms and abs on the day proceeding chest!

pants,

in this case,if your chest and tri's are sore and feel as though they can't be trained, then train a bodypart that has fully recuperated.i have split my max ot training program in this manner, but feel free to change it up a little.

monday-chest/abs
tuesday-back
wednesday-calves/legs
thursday-shoulders
friday-arms/forearms

this has worked very well for myself, but feel free to experiment;fyi

The routine changes every 2 weeks, but if that's still a problem, jump ahead to week 6 or 7 (I forget which exactly) and take a look at their 3 day workouts.

I'm just starting the MAX -OT course but have a couple of questions:

lifting heavy is good. it says to lift as heavy as you can for 4-6 reps right?
but at what point should you sacrifice good form?

thanks
