do you think this split would work well if i'm tryin to beef up for football while tryin to maintain cardiovascualr shape.. i was forced to use this split because i had to incorporate my football programm into my own workout. the rep schemes are changed every 3-4 weeks to keep my body stimulated
thank u for output

looks fine... don't know how much mass you'll GAIN but you'll definetly be in shape and be strong for the season.

I couldn't do legs, back, biceps triceps all on one day. Usually after I've done heavy squatting I won't to go home. If I was you I would replace one of the days that you're doing cardio with just a leg workout. Also for the chest, shoulder workout I would do a cardio workout after I've done the workout not before.

You shouldn't do cardio on the same day as weight training, unless you do it for your warm ups and cool downs, which should be a maximum of 10 minutes (5 minutes for warm up and 5 minutes for cool down). And I don't remember pullups being a shoulder exercise, I do know that pullups/pulldowns do work the posterior deltoid, but I would do pulldowns/pullups on back days. And this is just me, but if I work a muscle hard at the beginning of the week, I wouldn't train it again on a Friday, even if it was a light workout. Because it doesn't help you recover, I would rest on that day. I never work out with weights anymore than 3 times per week, I never do anymore or any less than two 30 minute cardio sessions a week and I devote 2-3 days out of the week for some 20 minute full body stretching, low intensity of course.

My only suggestion would be to move pullups to back day in place of lat pulldowns, and use upright rows or side laterals for your other shoulder exercise. Just a thought
