I only see one problem with your program. you train shoulders a day after chest/tris. if you're doing heavy chest movements, you're using your shoulders too (during your chest workout). also, when you do your shoulder workout, you'll be using your triceps (assuming you're doing some type of pressing movement). so, essentially, you're training shoulders and tris two days in a row. if i were you, i'd switch this workout to thursday and put back/bi's on tuesday. ..::ATP::.. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I have almost the same split as this but as someone else mentioned I woulkn' train shoulders after chest day. I would either incorporate the shoulders into the chest workout or move shoulders to another day that is a few days apart from the chest workout. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I agree, I'd find it difficult to train shoulders the day after chest, unless you stuck to raises. Presses would be very hard. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
