I only see one problem with your program. you train shoulders a day after chest/tris. if you're doing heavy chest movements, you're using your shoulders too (during your chest workout). also, when you do your shoulder workout, you'll be using your triceps (assuming you're doing some type of pressing movement). so, essentially, you're training shoulders and tris two days in a row. if i were you, i'd switch this workout to thursday and put back/bi's on tuesday. ..::ATP::.. | ||

I have almost the same split as this but as someone else mentioned I woulkn' train shoulders after chest day. I would either incorporate the shoulders into the chest workout or move shoulders to another day that is a few days apart from the chest workout. | ||

Here's mine..... Day1 Upper Day2 off or Cardio Day3 Lower Day4 Cardio or off Day5 Upper Day6 Cardio or off Day7 Off Start over with Lower Body. Best routine I have ever done! ------------------ | ||

I agree, I'd find it difficult to train shoulders the day after chest, unless you stuck to raises. Presses would be very hard. |
