My workout last night sucked!!!! I was so out of it which made me even more pissed off! I couldn't seem to lift, I couldn't seem to concentrate, I got more angry because of that, which of coarse made everything that much worse. It was chest and bi's and I couldn't get any feel for the workout in my chest at all. Right from the start, I knew it was gonna suck. I got so pissed, but I was determined to get through the workout. I was completely bullshit that I couldn't concentrate. I wanted to take the barbells and/or the dumbells at one point and just throw the phuckers as far as I could. This one guy at the gym was following me and my buddy around doing everything we were and I was ready to beat the F*@K out of him. He is always there when we are and I call him the "resident" because he seems to stay on each piece of equiptment for ever and never does anything. At one point, (on the cable cross) I couldn't even squeeze my hands together and got so pissed that I just let the handles go, allowing them to just rocket back to position and the weight drop (extremely loud)! Then I did the same thing on the Bodymaster preacher curl machine. I just let it go, allowing it to crash the weights down loudly. (I wasn't looking for attention by any means)I hate it when people do this, but I just couldn't help it. I ended up walking into the aerobics room (that was empty) where the punching bag hangs in the corner and just went bolistic on it. I have never lost my temper like that...ever. I should have just left the gym from the very first moment I knew it was gonna suck. If anyone would have tried to say something to me, I think I would have lost me shit on 'em. Don't know why I was in such a mood but it just really gets me pissed. Has anyone else ever felt this way, or almost? Thanx for letting me get this out! ------------------ Rock On! | ||

good thing is you recognized your stupidity!by that i mean, some lifters tend to make this a habit and it becomes a mental disadvantage.the next time you feel like this...challenge yourself and use your frustrations towards the weight.hey!if you can beat the shit out of the punching bag,i'm sure you could've done some type of damage to the weights.mental focus and concentration are the key.bottom line...you got beat by yourself.don't ever let it happen again!you're better than that.hope this helps in some small way. ------------------ |
