I have been thinking about revamping my routine. I was thinking of cycle my routine 2 ways like gear use. I would like to have a cutting cycle routine. And ass kicking mass routine.. Right now Im talking it easy doing lite weights and more reps working on form and thinking what my next move is.

Do you guys have any suggestions can you please post your routine. I want to know what has worked for you guys..

THis is what I was thinking for mass cycle tell me what you think..

Day 1 - Chest
Day 2- Legs Calves
Day 3- Back
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 Arms
Day 6- SHoulders
Day 7 Rest

Cardio 2-3 times a week

Abs 2-3 times a week

First I want to figure out my weekely routine then worry about sets and reps. But if you have some info for sets and reps throw it in. I think this is the part that makes you really grow not just gear a good program is big key....

It looks pretty good, but I would put Back on day 5, and arms on day 3. You shouldn't train those three big bodyparts 3 days in a row, one of them will suffer. And also, if its a bulking up phase, why would you do cardio? You shouldn't do any intense cardio.

i agree with BigAndy....change one of those first three workouts. doing all three in a row will overtax your nervous system. it's asking for overtraining. i would either switch day 3 with day 6 or switch day 3 with day 4.

Here's mine and it's really working good for me!

Mon: Chest/tri's

Tue: Legs

Wed: off

Thu: Back/bi's

Fri: Shoulders/Traps

Sat: off

Sun: off

Low reps and high intensity!

Sometimes i do arms on separated day - super set's!
