I've given some thought to maybe taking a whole month and just do the three big movements 3 times a week. I might add in the odd other exercise, but bench, squat and deads would be the fundamentals. Would this combined with lots of food etc. help me gain more as opposed to a traditional BB workout? Has anyone ever tried this? Any input is appreciated. | ||

About two months ago I started doing a powerlifting workout. I say do at least 2-3 months to see some mass. And with powerlifting I'd say you'd only want to do the movement once a week. Squats every friday for example. Just my 2 cents. | ||
