shrugs, more shrugs (barbell and dumbell) rows, laterals, pulldowns all hit them indirectly. shrugs are the only "isolation" movement for them. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thanks, I will stick with the Shrugs then, I just need to hit them a little harder. Thanks for the response. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yep, heavy shrugs. Do you use lifting straps? As a rule I try to avoid them on most exercieses to increase grip/forearm strength, but you may find that you can shrug a hell of a lot more than you can hold! FatRat ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yes, I use straps. after a two year lay-off because of stupidity and Drunkenness, I am finally starting to get the results I once had, but I have a long road ahead and know it will take time. You guys have help me in a million ways, Diet, nutrition, supplements and routines. Thanks and keep the info coming. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
