I want a hard intense workout that will mainly make my chest grow. Any advice and experience....please share.

this is what I did in the past.

supersets: (3 sets for back and 2 for chest)

1. wide grip chins/incline flyes
2. medium grip pulldowns/dips
3. barbell rows/bench press
4. cable rows/cable flyes

oh and begin the workout with traps (shrugs) and that's all you do for the day.

p.s. you can switch the order of bench press and dips if you want to have more strength for the barbell.
