search the archives for splits, 3-4 day splits are the best IMO. 5days in a row is impossible if you are working intensely enough to stimulate muscle growth. I have a 3 day and a 4 day all written out, just do a search. "valdez split" and the'll come up. have questions about them, just ask. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i like to use the training split of mon back abs tues shoulders tris calf wed legs abs thur rest fri chest biceps calf i like to take the day off after a hard leg workout and i feel that when you doback you get a small workout on the biceps and when you do chest you get a slight workout on the shoulders and tris so it is actually like having a heavy and light day for bis tris and shoulders in one week and the legs and back are such large muscle groups they take so much out of you and so long to recover the only need to be worked once a week ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I have a friend who works out every day. Drives me nuts. I lift 2 days a week. I am not saying that it is for everyone...but I would not train any more than 3 days a week. Just my opinion. B True ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You could train M-W-F. Do back/chest, Legs, Arms/Shoulders. Or split it however it works best for you. You have to find what works best for your body and work with it a bit. Everyone is different and what might work for me, might not work for you. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
