I went into the gym to destroy my calves.....I'm can only rep 55 lbs. for 10. The highest I've even got in weight was about 90 lbs. Everything is fine except for these twigs at the bottom of my legs. Also...their endurance is shit....after just a set they're totally fatigued...How do I build these back up. THanks | ||

Hit them 2x a week. Start slow and not too intense. Pick 2 or 3 different exercises for them. On day 1...do one or 2 exercises. On day 2...do one or 2 exercises. Slowly pick up the intensity over about a month. I think that consistency is the main thing to getting your calves to imporve. It just takes time. hope this helped B True | ||
