Need a little more info! What is your diet like? How many meals, calories, example of your diet now. Cardio is good, but you have to see what works for you. Everyone's body is different. 3-4 days a week, 30-45 minutes and mix up your routine, use all the machines. Maybe doing half on one and half on the other. Diet is everything and the main factor in cutting

I eat 5 Sometimes, 6 always, 5meals a day. My biggest fear is losing too much weight.

Make sure you are eating clean. On the days you lift eat more carbs..oatmeal, yams, rice, baked potato, etc. On days you are not lifting keep carbs really low...only from veggies etc. Eat lots of chicken, tuna, lean red meat, turkey and flax oil helps with lean body mass. Make sure your workouts are intense and you are training heavy. Drink H20 as much as you can handle and then some. Have you tried any fat burners? ECA stacks?? I am dieting right now for a photo shoot and I will be in a booth at the Arnold, so I am goind 2 days no carbs (except from veggies) and 1 day carbs. I have leaned out tremendously in just a few weeks. Mix up your routine, and your diet. Have a cheat day every once in a while to keep your body from adapting. You have to kind of do a trial and error thing when it comes to dieting. Find what works for you |
