HIT is basically based on low sets using heavy weight untill failure. If you've been in this game foe a while you know how hard it is to keep increasing the weight. So what do you do to increase the workload? I only do 1-2 heavy sets to failure. Sometimes I do rest-pauses to try to do more work in the same amount of time. Super sets are an option, but I need more....

Can you be more specific man. What type of exercise are you speaking of? Weight used? Desired goals? Let me know a little more man I will come up with something.
