Sounds like you're overdoing it. Maybe try something like this and see how it goes.

Flat Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Decline DB Presses

or something along those lines.
Maybe throw in some cable crossovers if you don't feel you're doing enough. A lot of people don't see any value in declines but I like to throw them in every now and again. Do that for a month or two and try switching it up. You can even switch it up a little from week to week.

incline DB press
flat barbell bench
flat flyes
*1 set cable cross-overs

declines are worthless, do dips instead.

15 sets sounds like too much to me.

I would get rid of the declines because I also agree that these aren't effective unless done on a very small decline. In my opinion 12-15 sets though is probably ok if your only working the chest out once a week.
Make the inclines and flat bench your base and add a diffent movement to the workout each time for variety.

Valdez hit the nail on the head...and Sniperwolf has the right idea in keeping incline and flat bench your base and then adding variety to compliment these exercises.
