Your split looks almost identical to mine except that I have delts stuff on chest/tri day, calves on leg day, and traps on bi/back day. My current set scheme is 3-4 warmup sets for each exercise and then 1 set of 8 reps, 6 reps, and then 4 reps for a total of 3 sets with increasing weight each set. You could try that, or you could go for a 3x8/3x10/3x12 approach. Miami, FL you say? You should try hitting Porky's Gym. $189 for 12 months - can't beat that. =) -Warik ------------------ BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!!! | ||
